During my first visit to Morocco, I discovered a family photo album filled with analogue photographs taken between Morocco and the Netherlands. The images showed glimpses into my family’s past. 
The photographs became the starting point for this series of paintings. Painted on paper, I aim to preserve the fragile quality of old photographs.
